Shipping Policy
- We ship all items by J&T if you would like to use another courier please notify us. Packages are shipped everyday before 3pm
- Once an item is shipped and your tracking number is sent the courier is solely responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged packages that were made on the courier's part.
- At this moment we do not offer shipping outside of a Thailand

- เราจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมด ทาง J&T หากลูกค้าต้องการใช้บริการจัดส่งอื่น โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบ โดยพัสดุจะถูกจัดส่งทุกวันก่อนเวลา 15.00 น.
- เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่ง และส่งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุแล้ว บริการจัดส่งจะรับผิดชอบพัสดุของลูกค้าแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ทางร้านไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบต่อพัสดุที่สูญหาย หรือเสียหาย ซึ่งจัดทำโดยบริการจัดส่งได้

Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges can be made If we send you the wrong item.
Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery
Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging
Ukemi Records will not be held responsible if the shipping company loses or damages an item.

เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน
✅ ในกรณีที่ทางร้านจัดส่งสินค้าผิด ลูกค้าสามารถคืนสินค้า ขอคืนเงิน และเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่จัดส่ง โดยสินค้าที่ส่งคืนจะต้องไม่ถูกเปิดและอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
❌ Ukemi Records จะไม่รับผิดชอบ หากบริษัทขนส่งทำสินค้าเสียหาย หรือสูญหาย
