• We ship all items by Flash Express if you would like to use another courier, please notify us. Packages are shipped every day before 3pm
• Once an item is shipped and your tracking number is sent the courier is solely responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged packages caused by the courier. 
• At this moment we do not offer shipping outside of Thailand
